What Credit Cards does IonLife accept?
IonLife accepts all major credit cards and orders are processed same or next day.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our Nevada warehouse.

I have a question on my charges.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

I need a copy of my receipt.
Please email us asking for a copy of your receipt; giving your name, phone number, items purchased and date of purchase.

When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually appear within 4 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.
