IonLife Inc is NOT responsible for packages misdelivered by United Parcel Service, Federal Express or the US Post Office. That is why we only ship using the US Postal System when shipping internationally and highly recommend using USPS GLobal Services. USPS Global is fast and comes with a tracking number. Shipping by surface is less reliable, more damaging to a package and often takes too long to get to its destination.

We make every effort to avoid any additional fees, tariffs or taxes that may be levied at the time of delivery by any foreign country. However, IonLife is it not responsible for these additional fees, tariffs or taxes which remain the responsibility of the customer to pay. Please check out your local import taxes before ordering.

We will attempt to have a defective unit repaired locally. but if this is not possible then the customer is responsible for shipping both ways. unless the unit is defective on arrival.
