Juices are highly concentrated in nutrients, support immune function and help detoxification. Eating enough vegetables in a day is daunting to some people because it seems like so much food. When made into a smoothie however, that daily dose of greens doesn’t seem so complicated. While using inorganic materials won’t change the taste of your green juice, generally, the toxins that are produced from the chemicals used on inorganic fruits and vegetables can have long term effects. Organic green juice allows your body to receive many valuable nutrients while also detoxifying your system.

One of the most important qualities of green juice is that it is alkaline, and therefore makes your body more alkaline when you drink it. The benefit of being alkaline is that your body is put into a better balance. Most foods consumed by the average person are acid producing and make your body work harder to accomplish simple tasks. When your body is balanced, less work is needed and the body functions smoothly and efficiently. This is why alkaline water should be used to make your green juice. Almost all vegetables and fruits are alkaline, but when you combine them with alkaline water into a juice, you get a powerful antioxidant that is healthy for you and helps your body function at a higher level. Alkaline water has smaller molecule clusters which allow the drink to be better absorbed on a cellular level. This helps the drink detoxify your system and allowing your body to retain the most nutrients it possible can. Green juice combined with alkaline water is one of the best things you can give your body. Not only are you getting your daily dose of vegetables and fruits, but it’s easy to make and easy to drink.
