1) When ready please fill out the Dealer Enquiry Form and an IonLife support specialist will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
You can also simply call us and ask for a dealer support specialist. We will then send you a Dealer Application Form

2) You sign and email, mail or fax the Dealer Agreement back to us. We then send you a user name and a password plus a dealer kit and all infornation including access to your wholesale shopping cart.

3) You make an initial order of $1500 or more at wholesale pricing (unless a pre-qualified Medical Professional or appropriate established business).
